My brother and I bought 3 hives to pollinate the orchards on the farm, so as to put into practice the studies done on beekeeping.
The comments of friends and relatives, the first discoverers of our honey, were of encouraging enthusiasm that prompted us to continue and to devote more and more effort to an activity that seemed to be just a pastime.
Over the years, this small circle has expanded and those who taste our products find the same joyful satisfaction as those who rediscover a pure flavor. Our secret has been and remains only one: "do not change what nature has already produced in a perfect way".
Even today, with more than 200 beehives, we continue proudly on the same path, aware of the difficulties of those who have made quality their vocation.
